AGRASRI Rural Development Fund
In implementing regular academic and research activities and special programmes in memory of the 6th
President of India Shri Neelam Sanjiva Reddy and 7th Prime Minister of India Shri Rajiv Gandhi every
year, the Founders of Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India has instituted
AGRASRI Rural Development Fund in the year 2025, with initial Corpus of Rs.2 Lakhs in
the Nationalised Bank, Tirupati.
The Academy is contemplating to mobilise the required financial resources for AGRASRI Rural
Development Fund for the said purpose and it would be deposited in Nationalised Banks, for the
sustainability of the regular academic activities and special programmes in memory of the 6th
President of India Shri Neelam Sanjiva Reddy and 7th Prime Minister of India Shri Rajiv Gandhi. All
the on-going and proposed new activities and initiatives would be organised with the interest amount
that accrues out of the AGRASRI Rural Development Fund.
The Academy has constituted the Management Committee under the Chairmanship of
Dr. Justice G. Yethirajulu, Former Chairman, Andhra Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal and
Hon. Chairman, Board of Governors, AGRASRI. Founder of AGRASRI
Dr. D. Sundar Ram is the Director
and Co-founder of AGRASRI
Mrs. D. Bharathi Sundar is the Joint Director of the Management
Committee.
The Academy is approaching eminent Industrialists, Philanthropists and Donors all over India for
generous support and patronage to the AGRASRI Rural Development Fund.

For Donors
Contributions may be sent by crossed Cheque/Demand Draft, in favor of
Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India, Tirupati,
payable at Tirupati on any Nationalised bank. The donations amount may be remitted through
NEFT also.
All Donations to AGRASRI are eligible for tax deductions and tax benefits under
80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
